King and I has been a go to place for me for 2 decades. Always a great welcoming atmosphere with delicious food. The vibes chill and calm. Our waitress Daisy super attentive and friendly, on point with our tables needs. Highly recommend.

King & I Sushi & Thai Restaurant is a great spot if you’re looking for a good mix of Thai food and sushi. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out well prepared. There are plenty of options on the menu, so it’s a good place to go with a group when everyone wants something different. The portions were satisfying for the price, and everything we ordered tasted great. The service was friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. It’s the kind of place I’d happily come back to when I’m craving Thai food or sushi without wanting anything overly fancy. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area!

King & I-Sushi &Thai Restaurant Review-Miami Lakes. We arrived on a Friday at 2:30pm. We were greeted right away by Daisy and led to our table. There were two other tables taken, no waiting. We ordered the Krab Rangoons and Honey Chicken with Chiken Fried Rice, as our starter. The rangoons came 5 to a plate with chili dipping sauce. We got a huge mound of rice and a large plate of the chicken. Everything was delicious. The rice was perfectly salted, chicken was lightly battered, perfectly sauced and crispy chicken. We also all ordered sushi. Volcano roll, Kryptonite, and shrimp tempura roll. All delicious. Large portions. We got complimentary Thai Donuts for our review. Totally worth it!! You won't be disappointed here!

Yes yes yes!! First time at this restaurant, and my husband and I were so impressed. Daisy, was so kind, sweet, patient and had fantastic recommendations. For our visit, we had the crab avocado salad: refreshing and just enough to get you started on your meal . Steamed shrimp and pork dumplings: incredibly fresh, enough to share between two people for an appetizer. Tom Kar Gai soup, phenomenal! A warm soup filled with layers and layers of savory, sweet and a slight sour taste to them. The soup was creamy yet light, with chicken and mushrooms. Green Curry : Spicy (mild) but delicious! The portion was generous and came with rice on the side. Krip to nite roll: Very large rolls beautifully displayed on the plate with choice sauce of spicy mayo, and eel sauce. The fish was fresh, and combined with the tempura flakes, asparagus made for a great texture. Thai donuts: hot, freshly fried w condense milk - how can you not like them?

Daisy is an amazing hostess and her service reflects the quality of human being she is. This is my second time here and it hasn’t let me down. The food is delicious. It’s my first time trying edamame with ginger sauce. I recommend it. The curry dishes are exquisite. Would recommend to anyone that wants to try delicious food in a welcoming and friendly environment. We love you Daisy!
